Warehousing, furniture storage and document archiving
The AYS warehouse is situated just 3 miles from junction 10 of the M4 motorway on the Headley Road Trading Estate. This modern warehouse offers approximately 120,000 sq.ft. of storage area. Our storage area consists of over 250 storage containers and racking capable of holding over 2200 pallets. 24 Hour security is enforced 365 days a year with 24 hour access system, according to client’s requirements.
Containerised document archiving.
Our system provides a safe and secure method of storing documentation, which is second to none. Your files/archives would be placed into special cartons within our document archive containers. Each archive container is shelved to ensure maximum utilisation of space. All containers are lockable, where nominated persons can hold keys, or AYS are able to operate against authorised personnel listing, from your company to gain access.
Wooden archive containers are a standard 250 cubic ft, with single one third opening hinged door fitted with hasp and eye to accept a padlock. Dimensions of the containers are 7 x 5 x 7 feet high with two shelves running inside the container. Each container holds approximately 100 standard archive cartons (40cm x 31cm x 25cm).
Containerised furniture storage.
All furniture is carefully wrapped in removal blankets and placed within a standard 250 cubic ft container. Inventories are written listing all items stored and detailing age and condition for insurance purposes.
